Refund Policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers K9Axion Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) bought at k9axion.com. The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, sales taxes and any refunds.

2. All sales are final

K9Axion Pro is a digital service you can use as soon as you pay. All sales are final: we don't give refunds for a change of mind, for time you didn't use, or when you cancel part-way through a monthly or annual period. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for (see Cancelling).

3. Refunds the law requires

This policy doesn't take away any refund right the law gives you. For example, buyers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and some other countries have a legal right to cancel within a set number of days, and a service that doesn't work as described can be refunded under consumer law. Where the law requires a refund, Paddle handles it.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in K9Axion: open Subscription, choose Manage subscription, and cancel in Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your dogs and training records stay.

5. Billing problems

If you were charged by mistake (for example twice, or after you cancelled), email support@k9axion.com from the email address on your K9Axion account, with the date of the payment, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or the consumer laws of the country you live in.
